干细胞介导治疗是治疗胰腺疾病如I型糖尿病(T1D)和胰腺癌的重要策略。尽管胰岛移植已被证实是治疗糖尿病的有效方法，但由于供体胰岛的缺乏和免疫排斥问题，它在全世界范围内的应用极为有限。基于干细胞的体内胰岛新生方法可以替代胰岛移植成为治疗糖尿病的新希望。另一方面，靶向肿瘤干细胞对于治疗胰腺癌可能是非常有效的。本综述着重介绍了成人胰腺干细胞领域的进展、治疗T1D的干细胞介导策略和胰腺癌干细胞，讨论了该疗法可能面临的挑战。

Stemcell-mediatedtherapyisapromisingstrategyfortreatingpancreaticdiseasessuchasType-1diabetes(T1D)andpancreaticcancers.Althoughislettransplantationhasbeenreportedtobeaneffectivediabetestherapy,itsworldwideapplicationisextremelylimitedduetotheshortageofdonorisletsandimmunerejectionproblems.Stemcell-basedapproachforisletneogenesisinvivocouldprovideapromisingalternativesourceofisletsfortreatingdiabetes.Ontheotherhand,targetingthecancerstemcellscouldbeveryeffectiveforthetreatmentofpancreaticcancers.Inthisreview,wefocusedonthepresentprogressinthefieldofadultpancreaticstemcells,stemcell-mediatedstrategiesfortreatingT1D,andpancreaticcancerstemcells,whilediscussingofthepossiblechallengesinvolvedinthem.
